Why Inner Hue?
Inner Hue Studios was born from a desire to create the kind of space I believe many people are searching for—a place where you can slow down, breathe, feel heard, and reconnect with yourself.
Throughout my work in counselling, crisis support, community services, and disability support, I have had the privilege of walking alongside people during some of life's most challenging moments. Again and again, I have witnessed the power of connection, compassion, and having a safe space to explore experiences without judgement. I also recognised that re-connection and growth don't always happen through conversation alone.
The name Inner Hue reflects my belief that every person carries a unique blend of strengths, experiences, emotions, and possibilities. Sometimes life's challenges can dim those colours or make them difficult to see. My hope is that Inner Hue Studios provides a space where you can rediscover those parts of yourself and reconnect with what gives your life meaning.
My background in counselling, psychology, mindfulness, design, creativity, and early childhood education has shaped the vision for Inner Hue Studios. I wanted to create a welcoming and flexible environment that honours different ways of learning, reflecting, and growing. Alongside traditional talk therapy, this may include mindfulness practices, creative expression, nature-based approaches, and walk-and-talk sessions.
At its heart, Inner Hue Studios is about connection—to self, to others, and to the world around us. It is a space where people of all ages can feel supported to explore challenges, build resilience, develop self-understanding, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and well-being.
